Scott is a New Jersey native, fishing on a 28′ Hydra Sport vector, “Truly Blessed,” out of Shark River, NJ. He started fishing at five years old on the Miss Point Pleasant. Now sponsored by Black Hole Rods, Avet/G&B Fishing Systems, and Bluefin USA, Scott has traded in Point Pleasant mackerel fishing for chasing tuna up and down the seaboard.
Scott won the Panama Sportfishing Lodge jigging and popping tournament in 2011 and 2012. He also recently beasted a 1,000 lb bluefin in Prince Edward Island. Scott is married to Jennifer McCall, who is also sponsored by Black Hole Rods, Avet/G&B Fishing Systems, and Bluefin USA. Jennifer recently caught 900lb bluefin on stand-up gear in PEI, releasing the fish in under one hour.
