Captain & Mate, Final Final Charters

Justin was born in Baltimore, MD and grew up fishing and crabbing on the Chesapeake Bay with his dad and brother. He also fished in local freshwater ponds and streams; in other words, he fished practically wherever he could.

Although he’s held many construction jobs, including trucking, heavy equipment operator, logging, etc., his love for the water was always there, but no one ever told him it could be a career.

He was working construction but wasn’t happy, so he packed his bags and moved to the Keys towing a camper, not having a plan, and not knowing what was going to happen. When he landed a job as a deckhand, he was as green as green could be in the charter industry. He started to make a name for himself, got his Captain’s license, and started running charters. Now he wakes up every morning loving what he does and doesn’t consider it a job. Everyday is a new adventure not knowing who the customers are going to be, and not knowing what we’ll catch or see out there on the ocean.

Justin currently captains 2 boats out of Hawks Cay Resort in Duck Key, Florida for the Final Final fleet, running about 350 charters a year.
